Here is another week of plans and what we actually ate!
What I planned:
- Greek Salad Bar w/ Naan (something like THIS)
- Crazy Crust Pizza (using a recipe similar to THIS)
- CORN and/or EASY DINNER (2 dinners)
- Eat Out – (2 dinners on Tuesday & Friday, most likely)
- Flank Steak (recipe HERE) & a few appetizers for Super Bowl Sunday
What we ate:
MON- Greek Salad Bar
TUES- leftovers/random stuff
WED- Chicken Salad & Mac ‘n Cheese
THURS- crazy crust pizza (I wouldn’t make this again but it was fun to try)
FRI- eat out
SAT- Home Chef Meal
SUN- C.O.R.N. (clean out refrigerator night)- we didn’t end up doing the flank steak as planned…but we did make them that following Monday night and let me just say YUM!
